These general conditions define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of goods and services offered to the purchaser by the company LOCAPRESSE.


These general conditions apply to all orders placed on the site https://www.locapresse.com/. The validation of the payment by the customer supposes the prior consultation of these general conditions of sale. The confirmation of the order implies acceptance of these conditions of sale, their recognition and the waiver of availing itself of its own conditions of purchase or other conditions. Consequently, the customer acknowledges being informed that no handwritten signature is necessary, the "click" of the purchaser constituting an electronic signature, which has the same value as a handwritten signature. Therefore, the customer acknowledges having read the general conditions of sale and having accepted them without reservation.
Prices and availability of products



All prices on the site www.locapresse.com are expressed in euros. www.locapresse.com reserves the right to modify its prices and promotions at any time. The prices appearing on the site on the day of validation of the purchase are the only ones applicable to the purchaser. Promotions are valid between the dates provided by www.locapresse.com.com and communicated on the site. www.locapresse.com reserves the right to grant customer benefits and promotions to named individuals. In this case, the benefits will only be valid after verification of the purchaser's contact details when confirming the order.
Product availability


The products that can be ordered on the Locapresse online store are in principle available. They are offered while stocks last and certain products may be temporarily or permanently unavailable. Although our databases are regularly updated, errors in quantity in stock may appear. In the event of the physical unavailability of a product presented on the site as available, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and a similar product may be offered to him. If no similar product in its shape, color, model, material, ... satisfies the buyer, the order will be fully refunded.


Orders are in principle placed by internet via the site https://www.locapresse.com/. Any validated order is confirmed by an automatic email sent to the email address provided by the buyer. It is prepared within 48 hours from Monday to Friday (except public holidays), this period may be extended in the event of exceptional circumstances determined by the seller.

The order will be processed as soon as possible after receipt of the mail by the seller. Payment for an order made by mail can only be made by check (valid) which must be included in the same shipment. No request for reimbursement of shipping costs can be taken into account. For all orders: Products purchased in the same order are shipped at the same time and in the same container EXCEPT for personalized products for which the manufacturing time must be taken into account. In the case of a mixed order, the products in stock will be shipped under normal shipping conditions while the personalized products will be shipped separately and within different deadlines.
Billing / Payment


The slip accompanying the product constitutes an invoice, the customer request an invoice or duplicate by e-mail at the address: contact@locapresse.com. Payment for purchases can be made by the different payment methods indicated after validation of the shopping cart. The online payment part is secured by a computer encryption system. In case of refusal of transaction by payment centers, the seller reserves the right to cancel the corresponding orders. The recorded confirmation of the transaction implies acceptance of the operations carried out and proof of payment.





LOCAPRESSE sends orders to the address indicated when ordering. The amount of shipping costs is determined automatically during the purchase according to the address of the buyer. The buyer must choose his delivery method and free himself from the shipping costs (which are automatically added to the price of the products).


The 72-hour deadlines are provided for information only. Exceeding of deadlines due to carriers cannot constitute a legitimate cause of refusal of delivery, request for reimbursement of any kind, or action for damages. Beyond 10 working days, the delivery time is considered to be abnormally long and a complaint to the seller may be made by e-mail. The seller undertakes to respond as soon as possible. In the event of non-receipt, beyond 35 days after the day of the order, no complaint will be taken into consideration if the product has not been received.
Delivery issues


The transfer of property occurs during the shipment, the transport is therefore in principle at the risk and peril of the purchaser.
- Damage / breakage during delivery: the buyer must report it to the carrier immediately. He must also notify the seller within 3 working days by e-mail, enclosing a copy of the delivery slip, as well as the product having suffered the damage and, if necessary, an explanation of the circumstances. Under these conditions only, the product will be replaced and returned at the seller's expense. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. For any damage suffered during the transport of the product, the seller can only be held responsible up to the maximum price of the product ordered by the buyer.

- Product returns to the seller by the carrier for the following reasons:
. access or address error,
. unknown recipient at address,
. delivery refused by the recipient,
. advised and unclaimed delivery;


cannot be assimilated to returns of goods agreed by the seller. They cannot be reimbursed or returned at the seller's expense. It is up to the purchaser to request the re-shipment of the product upon payment of additional processing and reshipment fees, the amount of which is determined by the seller (corresponding to the price of a shipment with tracking by La Poste carrier to which is added fees treatment).


- Loss (only concerns items sent without follow-up). The envelopes sent by the seller in follow-up are considered as definitively received and accepted without reserve by the purchaser as soon as the transporter signals it. For shipments without tracking, the buyer has a period of 35 calendar days to open a complaint with the seller. The folds are considered as definitively received by the purchaser after a period of 35 calendar days in the absence of complaint. After this 35-day period, no claim concerning the delivery of the products ordered may be brought against the seller.


Legal guarantees


All items are subject to a legal guarantee of conformity (Article L.211-4 et seq. Of the Consumer Code) and to a guarantee against hidden defects (Article 1641 of the Civil Code) allowing the buyer to return the items delivered defective or flawed. Excluded from this warranty are defects and deterioration caused by wear and tear, use of the product, accident occurring after delivery or use of the product that does not comply with the manufacturer's specifications and recommendations.
Right of withdrawal and satisfaction guarantee


The purchaser has a legal period of 14 days to exercise his right of withdrawal and return at his expense, the product (s) he has ordered if the one (s) does not give him (nt) not satisfaction. In this case LOCAPRESSE undertakes to reimburse the customer for the price of the goods, within 30 days, the transport costs remain the responsibility of the purchaser. During the sales period, the withdrawal period is the legal period of 7 days, beyond this, the customer will be compensated with a credit for the actual amount of his order, reduced by the initial delivery costs. In the event of non-compliance with the return conditions, LOCAPRESSE reserves the right to refuse the exchange or refund of the products.


Selling online only obliges the seller by an obligation of means. It cannot be held liable for damage resulting from the use of the Internet. The responsibility of the company LOCAPRESSE SARL cannot be engaged in the event of non-performance of the contract due to total or partial strikes by the shipping services, in the event of force majeure or natural disasters, fire, floods, etc.
